THE PERSON BEHIND ID ENTERPRISE

Ivan Draženović

Founder · business and technology consulting, from idea to implementation

What interests me most is how things work and how they can work better. For more than 15 years, I have worked at the intersection of operations, technology, infrastructure and people. At BiP, I lead operations across Southeast Europe, with responsibility for teams, technical systems, project delivery and cost control.

I founded ID Enterprise to turn that experience into independent advice and practical support for small businesses. I help clients understand their processes, choose suitable solutions and implement changes that simplify work and reduce unnecessary costs. I lead projects personally, bringing in specialist partners when needed.

I value clear agreements, realistic numbers and attention to detail. I enjoy understanding a problem, finding a sensible solution and seeing it work in everyday practice.

I am a motoring enthusiast with a particular love for classic cars from a bygone era. I am drawn to their character, the smell of petrol, the sound of an engine and mechanical details you can see, hear and feel. In today’s digital world, I love that analogue experience: a direct connection with the car, the road and the drive itself.

For me, that love also lives in small rituals: caring for a car, getting to know its quirks and the satisfaction of seeing something work properly again. Cars carry stories, but we also create our own through the people we meet, the places we reach and the drives we remember.

I love sharing that enthusiasm by helping others find a car they will cherish, get to know the one they already own, or give it the care it deserves. Seeing that spark come alive in someone else is especially rewarding. Sometimes, what matters most is the feeling that makes us want to get behind the wheel.
